Notes:
This weed (pic attached) is spreading in my nice fescue grass. This weed and my fescue is nice and green now here in Georgia north of Atlanta, Jefferson. Both are the same color green and healthy. What is this weed and how can I immediately get rid of it out of my fescue? Thank you so much! FiremanJim 770-480-1212

That looks like henbit (Lamium amplexicaule) or a similar Lamium species. You could try raking it our but about the only way to fix it for sure is to spray with a broadleaf killing herbicide. That will kill the Lamium without damaging the grass.
