I am trying my hand at gardening! I don’t know the names of any plants, though. Was hoping you could help me out!

    The second picture looks like a Coleus of some type, desirable because it has colored leaves. You may want to read as to what temperatures it can stand. It may have to be taken inside in the winter if hard freezes are expected.

    The third piocture looks like a lilly to me. Did you see what the flowers looked like? I couldn’t see flowers clearly on it. Let it grow as long as it is green. That feeds the bulb underneath the ground. When the foliage turns partially brown, cut it off just above ground and it should come back up next spring and flower.

    David– No, I did not get to see what the flowers looked like on the 3rd picture! But thanks so much for the advice on cutting at the stalk. They did turn brown, and I just took all the leaves off. Now I know I need to cut!! Thanks again!
