Notes:

A shrub, with simple lanceolate leaves. It produces round, tiny and long pods. Geographic distribution is Sudan Savannah, Kano State Nigeria.

    Without flowers I’m wondering if this is in the dog bane family (Apocynaceae). The mature seeds would help to narrow down more. When it flower and you still don’t know, please resubmit with photo of flower For now check some genera in the family with similar looking fruits.     Sorry for the first included link for H. pubescens is not working. Here is another link below, hope this one is working properly. Again its flowers would confirmed its species. If you still uncertain when it blooms, please resubmit with flowers photo then.
