Shannon Pable says the second one is smilax.

Can you get more pix of the first one?

Both pictures are the same vine. The first picture are older leaves and the second one are younger leaves. There is no thorn. I don’t think it is smilax unless there is thorn-less type. I am waiting for flowers that might give us more clues.

    Thank you

It’s an autumn clematis. Pretty, but a bit invasive.

Thank you everyone. I think it is an autumn clematis. It has the flowers. It is quite invasive. The mystery is finally solved.
