My sister rescued this from our Mother’s house prior to sale. Has bloomed in January in east Tennessee for the past 8 years. Single stem, single flower.

This is a windflower which grows from a bulb. There’s a tremendous variety of colors and flower forms which have been cultivated. I love their brilliant colors.
