It’s a Thunbergia. The most common blue-flowered type is Thunbergia grandiflora but certain details of yours make me think it’s Thunbergia laurifolia. The most obvious differences are the rather more pointed petals and deeply lobed leaves of T. laurifolia. Here’s a shot of T. grandiflora for comparison ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-thunbergia-grandiflora-5746.htm ). It’s very similar but you’ll notice the petal tips tend to be more rounded and the leaf edges are smoother.
