Notes:

Can you help me identify these mushrooms? And are they poisonous? We have alot of rabbit manure and vegetable / fruit scraps in our garden. Today it rained all day and these came up. They weren’t there yesterday. Thanks for your help!

    Laura, I did e-mail the Gulf States Mycological Society and attached pictures of the mushrooms. They said they are Lepista nuda, common name Blewit. I sure appreciate your help, and theirs!

    I am not a mushroom expert. These look like some type of gilled mushroom- Pleurotus . You should try the experts from the Gulf States Mycological Society. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleurotus
