Notes:

I was told to take good care, but the plant is very unhappy since I arrived! It gets plenty of sun in the mornings, and I’ve tried keeping the soil very wet, very dry and everything in between, but the leaves continue their steady march to death. Please help!

Guiana Chestnut–Pachira aquatica is a tropical wetland tree of the mallow family Malvaceae, native to Central and South America where it grows in swamps.

Try sticking to consistent watering and check out this link: http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/indoor-tree-the-easiest-youll-159393

Thanks so much! Reading the link, it might also have outgrown its pot, so I will try that as well. Looking forward to a happy plant!
