   I’m not sure what it’s called, but we had it in the flower border at a house I lived at when I was a kid. Several of us neighborhood kids learned, even though the adults warned us (of course we didn’t listen!) that if you handle it, then touch your face, your eyes will burn for DAYS! Very pretty, but don’t touch!
