Notes:

This shrub seems to bloom all summer. It is about 4 ft high. seems a little like a miniature crepe myrtle. I have driven by it for the last several years and I don’t think the owner trims it back at all. anybody have any idea what is the name of this beautiful shrub?

Showed pic to pikes people. indicated it was a crepe myrtle, dwarf variety called dazzle. So I think that is what it is. They had some in 2 gal containers but they were small and not blooming.

Leaf arrangement looks like crepe myrtle. Plus seed pod: one third down from top and just right of center in the bottom photo.

I think it is a crepe myrtle. I’ve seen shrub varieties for the last 7 years or so.
