Notes:

What is this bush? It is probably around 30 or 40 years mature. It is maybe 10 or 15 feet high. Been in the house 4 years, and I have never seen it fruit before, but it is this year. Fruit is about the size of medium or small cherry tomatoes. Ripest berries have a deeper red color like a ripe strawberry. Unripe go from green to tomato orange. Don’t remember it ever flowering either.

    Wish I could see the leaves more clearly. The fruit’s shape looks similar to species of Lindera genus. This might be Lindera benzoin (northern spicebush)(?).
