Mystery Mystic CT Plant

« Back to Name that Plant

Location: Mystic, CT near the water

Notes:

This plant has fuzzy leaves similar to lambs ear. It was smaller last year and wintered over in Connecticut, near the coast. It was buried several times under shoveled snow. This year it’s much larger; ~4 Ft tall. No flower last year but seems to be developing a flower now; the buds look like they’ll be yellow.
