This plant just showed up in a planter on our deck, along with kale and lettuce plants that we did start. At first I thought it was a bean plant, then it grew to be about 30″ high, so far. The leaves are probably 4″ wide and not very firm. Those little yellow flowers come first, fall off pretty soon, and leave the hard green ‘fruit’ you see.
