I took these photos last summer at Chattahoochee Bend State Park (which is still under construction). The plant is over 6 feet tall, and the bugs really like it – look at the holes in the leaves. The closeup is of the blooms at the top. So what is it?

   Please let it live! the whole top of the stalk will fill up progressively with yellow blooms, and the bumblebees love it. Plus, what a conversation piece.
