Love this plant. Plant loves the front yard. It’s taken off – need to prune. Don’t know how. Seems woody so my guess is cut the branches I don’t want, no choice but to leave (or leaf? get it?!?!?) the rest…

The leaves & flowers are not quite clear enough to tell for certain. Maybe a type of Hymenolepis, perhaps Golden Coulter Bush (Hymenolepis parviflora syn. Athanasia parviflora)? There is another name ‘Hymenolepis crithmifolia’ but according to sources, it is an unresolved name. If this is H. parviflora, link below with prunning tip.
