Notes:

It’s about 20 feet tall. Recently mulched around it. No shallow roots or anything visible around the tree.

    Sugar maples are far superior and have less issues than the Silver maples.

    Thanks! I just cut down 2 silver leaf maples that were about 6 feet from my driveway. One of them was pretty big, I’d say 60 feet tall with a 24″ diameter, roots poking up on both sides of the driveway, which killed the driveway. Tree was very healthy, though. This tree is about 18 feet from my walkway, 14 feet from my house with a crawlspace with a 3.5″ diameter. Just worried about if/when this tree might be a problem with my house or walkway like the other 2.
