Found this tree in the front yard of a house we toured. Our real estate agent (who is pretty knowledgeable about local flora) had no idea what it is.

My first impulse was to call it a Bald Cypress but my Bald Cypresses have round cones. So I now would say one of the Redwoods, perhaps Dawn Redwood (unless the cones become more round with maturity).
