Notes:
This is plant loaded with berries. The berries taste sour and have small seed inside them . Wanted to know the name of the berry and is it safe to est it?

Your tree looks like a type of crabapples (Malus). These fruit maybe are ripe yet. But I’m not an expert on Malus. Since you plant to consume the fruits, you should take a sample from the tree to your local Agriculture County Service for getting the exact ID. Here is the link below.
