Looks like Purple Glory, Amethyst Stars, Shooting Stars (Pseuderanthemum laxiflorum). A medium shrub growing to 4 feet tall and wide. Frost tender (minimum temperature to 40F). Plant in well-drained soil, sun to part shade.
