Notes:
The first one is flourishing, and we would like to know its name and how to care for it.
The second is an type of indoor hyacinth…the spikes are all gone and would like to know how to care for it. Does it go outside or is it an indoor plant?

The top picture looks like Mediterranean Spurge
Scientific name: Euphorbia characias ‘Wulfenii’
Family: Euphorbiaceae
Type: Herbaceous perennials
Here in GA they stay evergreen. Butterfly’s and Humming birds like them. But the milky white sap can cause skin irritation.
