Notes:
We just moved in and there is a lot of plants that we would like to get the names of so we know how to care for them. Any help would be appreciated.

These plants are sedum or stonecrop. 1- maybe a cultivar or Caucasian stonecrop aka two row stonecrop (Sedum spurium). 2- The leaves are not so visible. I am guessing this might be Gold Moss Sedum (Sedum acre). 3- maybe a cultivar of Russian stonecrop (Sedum kamtschaticum).
