Yikes, what is this plant. It seems to be very aggressive in multiplying itself and is a perennial with a very large, deep taproot like Oenothera biennis (evening primrose). Last year’s plant is about 20″ tall x 20″ wide and the new plants are about half that size. It has been tremendously cool and rainy here in Eugene, OR.
