These plants come up each year. I like them but do not know what they are. Invasive or just nice plants? I want to get more of them to make flower beds around the oak tree.

September 12th, 2011 at 9:47 pmBoth would do beautifully in that bed(and spread) if you added some humus and a thick mulch.

Dig up the purple oxalis and you’ll see many small white tubers. Break these apart and replant to propagate. I have mine in a large border around one of my flower beds.
