Notes:
This plant is at my new house, and I’m not sure what it is. It seemed to have died over the winter, but started greening up in mid March and blooming in Mid to Late April.

Looks like Weigela. Not sure why it died back, I googled “Weigela in maryland” and didn’t see anything to suggest that it would have a problem there. I don’t have much luck with it either… It seems to resent having it’s roots disturbed…
