I just found this plant in my lawn it just popped up this spring and it wasnt there last year and i have no idea what it is since ive left it alone 3 more have popped up and i would like to know what it is so i know whether to keep it or kill it

Looks like a Sumac sucker. Do you have any sumac varieties along the perimeter of the lawn? Pull it out if it’s a seedling. If it is a sucker it will break off from the root and may come back. Regular mowing should manage it satisfactorily if not spray with any three way type post emergent before the weather gets too hot.
