This looks like bittercress in a fescue lawn. Applying fall postemergents will minimize this weed in your lawn. Annual fall aerating and reseeding your fescue will also improve the density of your lawn and aid in the control of winter annual weeds like bittercress. It looks like you may have already used some postemergents. If so it is a walking dead man. Mow it and with rising temps it should be history in 30 days or so.
Walter has some interesting comments on wintercress here http://www.walterreeves.com/gardening-q-and-a/hairy-bittercress-identification/

I hope to head off some confusion from my earlier comment. The plant is bittercress but I ended my comment calling it wintercress. I don’t know if wintercress is eitable but I am headed out with my ranch dressing to the closest bittercress patch I find!
