Notes:

We have, along with Mother Nature, revived this plant. Near dead when we bought the house but cut back dead bits and it is flourishing. Gets tiny white flowers in spring time but, being new to gardening in GA, have no idea what it is. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

It’s Viburnum davidii. Those white flowers may develop into steel blue fruits as shown in this photo ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/img17523.htm ) but if you don’t see them you have a male plant.
