Notes:
I live in clearwater, Fl. One day when my Boyfriend was doing some side work, the people he worked for knew I liked plants and gave this to him to give to me. They told him what it was…but he could not remember when the day was over with. I have had this Plant a while now I keep it on my back Porch it gets morning sun, and is in the shade the rest of the day it seems happy with that. it has a long sorta rough stem with the leaves on top. If anyone could help me with the idenifaction of this.

Look up Amorphophallus species and hybrids or Pseudodracontium sp. You could try the experts from Aroid society to learn about your plant’s ID.

I have a tree in my yard that bares fruit that resembles a lemon. The fruit starts as a dark green and turns yellow in October it is larger than a lemon but doesn’t have the sour taste as a lemon it tastes more like a grapefruit. The peeling is thicker than a lemon and the outer skin seem to be rougher. I was told that it was a laurel tree. But the pictures of the laurel tree looks like it but the fruit is different. How can I find out what it is it isn’t poison because I have all ready consumed the fruits. I live in Marietta GA. I have researched the Webb for this type of fruit but come up negative the tree was given to me by a Korean and he don’t know what it is either.
