Both images are a bit too far to tell for certain. I’m guessing for both. 1- Maybe a type of Plumeria? 2- There several trees with similar leaves. My best ‘guess’ would be a species in the Melaleuca genus, perhaps river tea-tree – M. bracteata or one its cultivars.
