Both images are a bit too far to tell for certain. I’m guessing for both. 1- Maybe a type of Plumeria? 2- There several trees with similar leaves. My best ‘guess’ would be a species in the Melaleuca genus, perhaps river tea-tree – M. bracteata or one its cultivars. But I’m speculating only, a close-up of its leaves & branches will help in confirmation. Link below is for M. bracteata, click on image to enlarge. Best wishes! https://www.google.com/search?q=Melaleuca+bracteata&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi35-3_vcnQAhVH7oMKHY5wDLMQiR4Iew&biw=1920&bih=909
