Poison Ivy?

Notes:

Notice the berries above on the vine. This is growing up a tree and all along some tall bushes in a wild area behind my fence. It is intertwined with other creeping vines. Is this poison ivy?

That sure is Poison Ivy. Notice the leaves have a satin gloss to them and looks like they need ironing. The Top photo is a great view of the green fruits which will ripen greenish-white in mid to late summer. You can tell the vine trunk apart from others such as trumpet creeper and virginia creeper because poison ivy has black hair-like aerial roots that cover the entire mature vine rather than lighter colored roots protruding from the sides.
