It’s Vinca major, also known as Large Periwinkle. It’s very invasive, so you might want to keep it in check before it spreads too much. Its cousin is Vinca minor. It has smaller blooms/leaves and isn’t quite as showy, but it’s easier to control.

Looks like periwinkle to me. I’ve seen it pop up in random places all over my garden in Roswell, and I’ve also seen it for sale at home depot. I’m not sure based on the picture if it’s Vinca major or minor, if the flower is about 1″ across it’s probably minor, and if it’s 2″ it’s probably major. I’ve found that the plant can be a little on the invasive side, but it sure is pretty if kept in check!
