Notes:

This one seems to have gotten lost in the mix, so I’m resubmitting it. This plant is about 4-6″ high. It has fibrous roots and grass-like stalk and stems. The flower is white 6-petaled with a purple and yellow center. Fruit looks shiny with a brown watermelon stripe.

    Thanks Bobby, I thought those leaves looked like Iris! I just didn’t follow up on that thought. That’s definitely in the right direction. But I think that Sisyrinchium rosalatum is a better match with that purple center: http://namethatplant.net/plantdetail.shtml?plant=1391 What do you think? Jim
