Notes:

New Satsuma Orange plants, can someone identify what may be going wrong. Seems to be spreading.

    Not having the plant in person, I’m wondering if this might be a type citrus canker (Xanthomonas axonopodis)? Possible Xanthomonas citri pv. citri? Again I’m only speculating. Best you contact the local Agriculture Extension Service for further guidance.
