Leaves from our old pecan tree are coming down like rain in the slightest breeze. Each leaf has this parasite aboard. Some have several that cover the leaf and some have one or two. What is it, and how do we stop it?
Thanks for any help you can provide. By the way, we love what you do.

    This looks similiar to a wasp sting, If you notice a Witch Hazel, those leaves will have little witches hats on the leaves, caused by stings. Thus the name Witch Hazel.
