Notes:
These two pictures are of the same shrub. These shrubs are around 7 years old. Please can you identify what is the name of it? and also advise me if the shrub has disease by looking at the pictures. The shrubs seem a bit raggedy. Also what kind of fertilizer, if any, be used around the roots. Any other tips to make this shrub more healthy will be much appreciated.

It looks like lorapetelum. It looks like you have room in that bed for one… Rather than the massive number that you have. Was me… I think I’d dig out all but 2… And the remaining plants would be cut to the ground, and allowed a natural growth. Although… They are normally very large, (think privet)… You may not have enough room in that spot. I’d probably plant a perennial bed instead of those monsters. Lorapetelum doesn’t need much… They thrive on neglect.
