This shrub is around 7 years old. It had black spots in the leaves all over. From your website, I found out that they have fungal disease. I have been applying fungicide every 2 weeks since the new leaves have bloomed. The black spots have virtually disappeared. I have 6 of these in my front yard. Please tell me the name of this shrub and any advice on maintaining this shrub so it does not fall into derelict .

Looks like japanese cleyera. Another monster shrub… I’d take it out.
