Notes:
Shrub, bush that green all year round. Flowers in winter and on a warm winter day attracts bees. I would like to know the name.

It has a wonderful sweet lemony fragrance. I look forward to its blooming every year. The smaller birds like to rest there and hide from the neighborhood hawks.

That’s Lonicera fragrantissima or winter honeysuckle. It is considered a nonnative invasive plant by the USDA Forest Service.
