Notes:
What is this shrub/bush growing in Union Co. Ga that has little yellow ball flowers in the spring and so far this summer. It grows very fast tall and outward. Don’t know if it loses its leaves in the winter as we just bought this mountain property.

Maybe a type of Kerria (Kerria japonica). This looks like the K.japonica ‘Pleniflora’. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerria_japonica
