This is a plumeria flower. It is usually attached to a larger plant with lots of leaves.

This looks like a plumeria flower. The plants have lots of green leaves and are a warm weather plant. Flowers usually sprout from stems with large leaves. They are the flower that Hawaiians use to make their leis.
