Notes:

has a cluster of what appear to be flower buds in center-plant is relatively small, leaves are very soft and delicate. very easy to transplant.

    This maybe a type of Jacob’s ladder (Polemonium). There are between 25-40 species of this genus. I do not know which one this is. You might want to look up the Polemonium vanbruntiae, it is known the Applachian Jacob’s ladder aka Vanbrunt’s polemonium.

    The 8 center flower buds are looking to be white in color-the plant is quite tiny-no more than 5 inches in diameter- at most.
