Hi Nancy, the photo is not in focus enough to tell for certain. Maybe you can re post with more photos? To me these fruits look similar to some species in the Viburnum genus. Depending on which species or cultivars, leaves and fruits can have different shapes and colors. I’m not saying yours is Viburnum, but perhaps you could check out Some of the species i.e. Smooth blackhaw (Viburnum prunifolium), nannyberry (Viburnum lentago), etc… You know more when it blooms. Additional information, leaves are on a short stem with 2-3 on a stem. Fruit comes out of the center of the Leaf bunch. Leaves are smooth edged and approximately 2″ long
