Spreading out from overgrown hedge

Notes:

These send out runners and are spreading into the fescue lawn. I had a picture from earlier in the year of their small bluish purple flowers, but can’t find the flash drive it’s on right now? I’ve never noticed these but I don’t think they’re evergreen, like the English Ivy we have in some areas of the yard. Any ideas?

    It’s vinca major. Pull out every stitch of it you can see…and you will still have plenty!
