I got this plant at a farmer’s market in Olympia, Washington a couple of years ago. It is a magical plant when it comes to attracting bees. Spreads fast by roots. Drought tolerant.

Looks like a type of sage (Salvia). This might be bog sage (Salvia uliginosa). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvia_uliginosa
