Notes:

this plant has oily leaves and a wonderful complicated scent. It is more than 6 feet tall, and has tiny flower buds on it right now. We have no idea what it is.

    Maybe a species of Artemisia, a large genus that include wormwood, sagebrush and mugwort. The species Artemisia annua (sweet Annie/sweet worm wood) leaves are very aromatic.
