Notes:
This plant was found on a class trip to deadfall lakes and more specifically on the bank near upper deadfall lake. I have looked through many websites and books but have not been able to find out what it is. My best guess has been that it is some kind of rose except that it has no thorns. The plants were growing separate about 5 meters apart and have a seeds talk that I did not see. The leaves had a very thin red line around the edges. The Bush was about knee height and my thumb is about 2cm.

Maybe red baneberry (Actatea rubra). Ceck it out and see if you have a match. https://www.google.com/search?q=Red+baneberry&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjThLr9wLvJAhWJWT4KHfnTCN8QiR4IhAE&biw=1920&bih=909#imgrc=QRh8RgbHE3cp7M%3A

Also one thing I didn’t have room to mention is that the plant had lots of stalks that all sprouted from the ground and not from a single main trunk/stem.
