I bay this seed online … photo is little bad … they are black seed,shine,closely bean shape… the plat grow about 3 weeks and it should be cactus plant but as you can see on photo…is not…can you tell me what plant is this 🙂

I am not certain, but your seeds and seedlings might be some type of cokscombs (Celosia).
