Notes:
Flowers are like walnut’s inflorescence.Stem is dark brown.More leaves on the same branch and saw shape.Their color is dark and intense green and the woody plants is also well adapted on poor stony soil between the buildings.I don’t plant’s applications even as ornamental.

Possibly Asian sawtooth oak. I have some and the leaves look like that as well as the catkins. I have more than 30 sp. oak & the sawtooth is the only one with leaves like that.

This might be a species of chestnut (Castanea). I wonder given where you are located, maybe this is the European species, the sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa)? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chestnut
