Without flowers, I could only speculate for now. This could be either pagoda tree (Styphnolobium japonicum) or locust (Gleditsia), possible a thornless form of honey locust (G. triacanthos). Although I’m leaning toward Gleditsia tricanthos, I’m only guessing. Flowers & fruits are needed for a confirmed ID. Best wishes! http://homepages.uc.edu/~jonesbr/DrHort/woody2.shtml#Thornless_Honeylocust_Gleditsia
