It would help a lot if you told us when the pics were taken, and where. Also if you would photograph the flowers of the second plant… that would help. Top pic looks like dichondra, and the bottom kinda resembles physalis, or another solanum…. I looked through the fuzzy solanums on google images, and couldn’t find the exact plant posted… although… some do resemble your plant.
