I’m not sure about the top one, although it looks like a plum or some other member of the Prunus or Pyrus (pear) Family. The bottom photo is of a true Hawthorne (Crataegus), though I don’t know which one. It seems like the literature that came with the trees would provide a clue.
From what I can see of the leaves, I believe you have a Mulberry. Mulberries will show variations of leaf shape on a single plant. Look here and see if it matches up with what you have http://www.hort.uconn.edu/plants/m/moralb/moralb1.html . If it is a Mulberry, I personally would not want it growing on my property. They are quite messy, and they will re-seed profusely.
